Both the staff and the dogs and cats would greatly appreciate it.

We'll be there April 20 and will be by! Anything you need?? I'll bring muffin tins!
These 2 are the sweetest ever. All of the dogs are super sweet ♥️
Even though we had a very successful 2025 with our TNR program for the feral cats on island, we know we will still see kittens coming in. We have had a few kittens come in this week but our kitten food supply is still low. In preparation for more kittens we are looking for donations to replenish our food pantry.
If anyone is looking to make a donation to help our island kittens below is the link to our Amazon Wishlist where we have both dry and wet kitten food listed.
We would greatly appreciate the support in helping care for the kittens.

ugh...we used to get a ton at Maho back in the early 90s...folks would drop off their "pets" when they quit their resturant jobs and left island....a frequent guest was a vet from new hamshire...she showed the maint manager and i how to snip the males....and gave us the meds and a STRICT limit on how much anesthesia to use...we never lost one cat to infection or too much kat dope....in 2 years....with trapping and rehoming we got the situation to one feral who ended up being my lover cat
Done.

The Animal Care Center (ACC) of St. John is located in Cruz Bay. The ACC addresses the problems of cruelty to, neglect and abuse of island animals. The shelter provides kennels for homeless dogs and inside cages for a limited number of homeless cats.
The ACC is a stable resource for the community, providing a no-kill shelter for homeless animals, a resource for animal lovers to find perfect pets, programs for island needs, and a community educational component.

We have a range of volunteering activities that we would love for you to participate in.
